Who do we use?

Cablemax ships most of their orders using NZ Posts Courier Post service and sometimes New Zealand Couriers. Larger orders such as cable rolls are shipped using an alternative transport service. We also may use NZ Posts Parcel Post Tracked service to the South Island.

When can I expect my order?

If your order is placed before 2:30 pm on a business day and you live in a large town or city then you can expect your order to be delivered the next business day (large orders and orders shipped by NZ Post Parcel Post Tracked  may take an extra day or two and should be placed before 12pm). If you live in the country your order may take an extra day.

How much does shipping cost?

Small to medium size orders cost $4.00 plus GST, larger orders $10 plus GST. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout time and will be displayed before you are asked to confirm your order.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

Contact Cablemax at support@cablemax.co.nz with details of your order and we will track its status for you and reply to your email with an ETA.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Contact returns@cablemax.co.nz with details of the damage and we will issue you with an RA (Return Authorisation) number. Ship the damaged goods back to us with the RA number enclosed. Our address for returned goods is: Cablemax Ltd, 4/26 Mary St, Mt Eden, Auckland 1024. Note that this is not a retail shop.

Do you have a shop that I can visit?

No, Cablemax is an e-commerce Company only. This enables us to keep our prices low.

Special note for South Island customers.

To keep our shipping costs low we keep an amount of stock in Christchurch for our South Island customers. If you order multiple items, some of the items may be delivered from Christchurch and some from Auckland. This will mean you will receive two deliveries. Don't be concerned if your first delivery does not contain all the items you ordered.
